Trainees with senior leaders
The SageForge Experience

Inside the businesses building Africa.

By the time you complete SageForge, you will have worked inside one of the streams that make up the full breadth of CapitalSage Holdings. Whether you are building financial infrastructure, developing technology at scale, or working across the agricultural value chain.

Each sector tells a different part of Africa's story and SageForge puts you inside all of them.

Fintech & Financial Services

Banking or payments at work
CapitalSage Technology (CST)
Kolomoni. ERCAS. Regius Asset Management. Regius Capital. CreditAssist. SageCloud.

From bringing banking to people who have never had access to it, to helping businesses collect payments across borders, to managing investment portfolios, CapitalSage's fintech businesses operate across the full breadth of the financial landscape. You will work across them and develop a deep understanding of how financial services are built, who they serve, and what it takes to make them work.

Wealth, cross-border or investment work
CapitalSage Vantage (CSV)
Tiki. SageBrush Wealth. Chimoney. Afrikimoney. CapitalSage Finance.

CapitalSage's fintech and financial services businesses sit at the centre of one of Africa's most important conversations: how do you build financial systems that actually work for everyone? Across two distinct clusters, the group operates microfinance banking, payment infrastructure, cross-border transactions, asset management, investment banking, and wealth creation products. Each business addresses a different gap in the financial landscape, and together they form one of the most comprehensive fintech and financial services operations on the continent.

Farmland, cocoa processing or manufacturing

Agribusiness, Manufacturing & FMCG

Johnvents Industries. Premium Cocoa Products, Ile Oluji (PCPIL). Johnvents Foods. Noble-Eagle Industries. Haven Confectioneries. Hazoria

Johnvents Group operates across the entire agricultural value chain, from 1,500 hectares of farmland to cocoa processing plants that export to Europe and the United States. Alongside PCPIL's premium cocoa processing, Johnvents Foods' consumer products, and Noble-Eagle's manufacturing operation, this stream puts you at the intersection of food, trade, and global commerce.

Fleet, freight or fuel distribution

Logistics & Commerce

Haven Hauling. Homad Co.

CapitalSage's logistics businesses operate large modern fleets, providing nationwide freight distribution, fuel delivery, and supply chain support, moving goods from farms and ports to industrial factories across the country.

Our businesses move commodities across continents, deliver healthcare to communities, drive financial inclusion, and put food on tables across Nigeria. The scale of what we are building is the context in which every SageForge graduate works.

SageForge is our commitment to ensuring that the people who power Africa's future are developed with the same ambition we bring to everything we build.
